Here at Kell Dental Arts, we make every effort to value your time and book each appointment in our schedule just for you. We also expect all patients to respect and value our time, which we have booked personally for you, as we have a very demanding schedule.
We require, as a courtesy to our team and our scheduled time, that patients give us a 48 hours’ notice if there should be a conflict with their appointment and they need to re-schedule for a different day and time. We send out several text message, email, and phone call reminders to ensure you confirm your appointment and are aware of the time booked for you with us. Should there not be 48 hours’ notice of your scheduled appointment where you should have a conflict, we reserve the right to charge $50 per appointment(s) per patient(s) cancelled or broken in our schedule for that booked time. This fee is NOT refundable. After the 2nd offense, in order to reschedule your appointment, you will be required to pay for the broken appointment fee plus pre-pay the full cost of your appointment. After the 3rd offences, in order to reschedule your appointment, you will be required to pay for the broken appointment, pre-pay the full cost of your appointment and be scheduled only same-day. After three offenses of missed/broken appointments, we reserve the right to dismiss the patient(s) from our practice due to booking an excessive amount of time in our schedule and failing to follow through.
